OURCREATIVEEDGE LTD (“OurCreativeEdge”, “OCE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a membership-based creative hub supporting experienced professionals with 25+ years working in theatre, film, television, radio, and related creative disciplines.

Our services include an online network, creative development activities, peer collaboration, and occasional in-person sessions or events.

By accessing this website or becoming a member, you agree to use the site and services in a respectful and professional manner.

Members agree to:

• Engage with others in a safe, inclusive, and professional way
• Keep confidentiality of any creative ideas explored through OCE
• Not post or share offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful content
• Not misuse member information for unsolicited marketing or commercial purposes

OURCREATIVEEDGE LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where behaviour undermines the integrity or safety of the community.

• Membership fees are payable in advance
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or removal of access

Pricing may be reviewed from time to time with reasonable notice of no less than 30 days.

All content on this website, excluding member-generated content, is owned by or licensed to OURCREATIVEEDGE LTD.

Members retain full ownership of their own creative work. By sharing work within the OCE community, members grant permission for it to be viewed, discussed, and developed with other members within the network.

No content may be copied or used commercially without permission  from the project’s owner.

Participation in any online or in-person activity is voluntary. Members attend at their own discretion and responsibility. Some meetings and events require nominal attendance fees above the annual membership. Refreshments will not usually be provided unless we have been able to pre-arrange with a venue.

OURCREATIVEEDGE LTD is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage except where caused by proven negligence.

Costs, ie. Room rentals, equipment, expenses, etc, for members‘ projects must be covered by the member or members who own the IP of the project. 

OurCreativeEdge encourages members to develop and grow their ideas and projects should the member wish to. OCE just asks for an acknowledgment in all further project credits.

As OCE grows and if projects progress towards production, OURCREATIVEEDGE LTD aims, where funding allows, to pay industry-recognised fees or bursaries should it be reasonable for OCE to be a continuing part of the project. Such payments are not guaranteed and will be subject to separate written agreements. 

OURCREATIVEEDGE LTD provides creative development and networking opportunities only and does not guarantee employment, funding, or production outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OURCREATIVEEDGE LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or services.

OURCREATIVEEDGE LTD is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Professional role and creative discipline
• Membership and payment status
• Information you choose to share via forms or profiles
